OPERS annual statements for FY 2016, will be going into the mail to active members within the next few days. These statements include the amount of accumulated contributions paid into the OPERS defined benefit plan by active members, contribution rate, Retirement Coordinator contact information, and primary beneficiaries.
While reviewing your statement, take some time to become familiar with your OPERS member ID. You will find your member ID printed in the top-right corner under your name. It is important to keep this number accessible as you will identify yourself using your member ID when contacting OPERS over the phone, by email or in person.
Have you moved in the last year, or noticed an error in your address? You can update your address by completing a Change of Address form. To download this form and other forms, click here.
Statements include the names of up to three primary beneficiaries. If your beneficiaries are not listed, or if you would like to update your beneficiary designation, complete the Beneficiary Designation form by clicking here.
SoonerSave information is also provided on the annual statement. For more information about SoonerSave, click here.
