  • Participating Employers and Coordinator Listing – We have provided a webpage listing all of the OPERS participating employers and the main Retirement Coordinator as a convenience to our members who may need to get in contact with you. Please contact OPERS to correct any errors to your information.
  • Retirement Coordinator Training – The annual training is held in the fall and all retirement coordinators are encouraged to attend.
  • SoonerSave and Pathfinder Coordinator Meeting – A meeting that is held periodically to cover information on the SoonerSave and Pathfinder defined contibution plans.
  • Employees Group Insurance Division – For questions about insurance at or during retirement, direct members to contact EGID. OPERS does not manage insurance in retirement.

Contribution Rates

The employer and employee retirement contribution rates for OPERS (State Agencies, County and Local Employers, Elected officials and Hazardous Duty Employers) and URSJJ plans for FY 2026 are unchanged from the previous fiscal year. Detailed information is available below. If you have any questions about the contribution rates, please contact OPERS.

County and Local Government Employers

As a local government OPERS employer, you have chosen one “mix” of employee and employer contributions in a resolution you previously filed with OPERS. Each contribution “mix” is represented by a letter code as shown in the table on the following page reflecting the “mix” for each code. No action is required if you do not wish to make any changes.

If your organization does want to make changes from one of the existing codes or mixes to another, it may do so by filing a new resolution with OPERS to be effective July 1, 2025. New resolutions should be addressed to Nancy Boysen at the address below. If no resolution from your organization is received by OPERS prior to June 30, 2025, your contribution rates will not change. The online reporting or prelist data provided to you for July 2025 will reflect these changes.
