To ensure the safety and protection of our members, as well as our staff, the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System has suspended all in-house appointments and consultations, and our offices will be closed to the public until further notice.

We do remain open for business. Staff will continue to work remotely and are available to help you with your retirement questions by phone or email. We are confident all of your questions can be addressed through phone or email requests.

Drop Box Available

Since our building is currently closed to the public, documents can also be hand-delivered to the drop box set up near the capitol complex. It is a “shared” drop box with other agencies. Documents need to be in an envelope and clearly addressed to OPERS. Click here for more information..

Pre-Retirement Webinar Available

In-person member education will continue to be suspended. This includes our pre-retirement seminars and informational meetings with active members and employers around the state.

The Pre-Retirement seminar schedule for July through December has not been determined at this time. However, the communications department is offering the Pre-Retirement Seminar as a webinar for anyone interested. Two webinars are scheduled for May 28th and June 25th.
