SoonerSave is a voluntary, defined contribution plan for state employees. The guide summarizes the provisions of the Oklahoma State Employees Deferred Compensation and Savings Incentive Plans. The guide includes sample questions and answers about SoonerSave to assist coordinators in preparing for meetings with participants.

SoonersSave’s Coordinator’s Guide was also recognized by the Hermes Creative awards with a Gold Award. The Hermes Creative Awards competition is one of the oldest and largest competitions in the world. Winners range in size from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. It honors the imagination and creativity of communications pieces and awards those who bring their ideas to life through traditional and digital platforms.
