Members receive essential communication from OPERS including newsletters and tax documents. Keeping an accurate mailing address is important to ensure you receive these materials in a timely manner.

Do you need to update your address? The OPERS Change of Address form is available to complete and submit online, saving members time as well as paper and postage. The digital form is easy to use and looks similar to a fillable PDF. Your personal email address is used to digitally verify your signature.

Don’t forget to keep your information current with SoonerSave and the Employees Group Insurance Division (EGID). Each will have their own Change of Address forms and updating your address with OPERS will not update your record with SoonerSave or EGID.


We are looking to expand the way we communicate with our members and have begun collecting personal email addresses. While we are not currently emailing any information to members, we plan to do so in the future and need your help updating your contact information.
