Notice is being provided to all interested parties pursuant to the Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act that proposed rules are available for public review and comment. Copies of the proposed administrative rules are available for public inspection and comment through February 24, 2021. A public hearing will be held via videoconference in compliance with the Open Meetings Act on February 25, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. Videoconference details will be available from the contact person or obtained online at www.opers.ok.gov/board-of-trustees and on the hearing agenda when it is published at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
